Other brands operated by the same UK Gambling Commission licensee, on the same licence account. Sharing a licensee matters: restrictions, complaints and self-exclusions attach to the company, not the brand.
Why the licence account matters more than the logo
A casino brand is a website. The licence belongs to a company, and one company can run several brands on a single licence account. Everything on this page is taken from the Gambling Commission’s public register: each brand listed here has its domain registered as Active on the same account as the casino you are reading about.
- Self-exclusion. Self-excluding with a licensee should cover the brands it runs under that licence. It does not cover a different licensee, even one owned by the same parent company. GAMSTOP is the only scheme that covers every UK-licensed site at once.
- Complaints. A complaint about any brand on the account goes to the same company and, if unresolved, to the same approved dispute resolution service.
- Welcome offers. Operators commonly limit new-customer offers across the brands they run. Opening an account on a sister site does not always make you a new customer again.
- Safer-gambling history. A licensee is expected to act on what it knows about you as a customer, so affordability or harm concerns raised on one brand can affect your account on another.
Sister brands are listed for transparency. We have not reviewed them, so they carry no score, and their offers are not shown until they have been checked.
