Two domains, one licensed UK product. The .com address is not the entry that matters on licence account 39198.

LeoVegas is licensed in Great Britain through LeoVegas Gaming PLC on licence account 39198, licence number 039198-R-319450-029. The UK-facing product is leovegas.co.uk.

leovegas.com is not the active UK domain on that register entry. A UK player who lands there is not looking at the licensed British operation, and none of the UK protections attached to account 39198 can be assumed to apply.

This is not a hypothetical. Search results, old affiliate pages and stale bookmarks all still point at the .com. It is the single most common way a UK player ends up on the wrong version of a legitimate brand.

Our rule on this site is absolute: every LeoVegas link points at leovegas.co.uk. Anywhere we print the licence number, we print the domain it belongs to alongside it.

The general lesson applies well beyond this brand. When you check a licence on the register, check that the domain in your address bar is one of the licensed domains listed. A correct licence number under the wrong address is worth nothing.
